Free Solar at Townsville Home Show - 9th March 2011

Local company NQ Solar, will give away free solar to one lucky visitor of the NQ Solar display at the 2011 Townsville Home Show this weekend.

Visitors who attend the NQ Solar display at the Townsville Home Show and register for a free site inspection will go in the draw to win $500 off a grid-connect solar system.

NQ Solar Manager, Karen Lloyd-Collins said that the NQ Solar display will consist of our entire product range and visitors will discover the benefits of renewable energy from the NQ Solar technicians.

“We will be giving away $500 off a solar system on the last day of the Expo.  We will have free information packs filled with everything you need to know about renewable energy products, Government Incentives and solar powered gadgets to demonstrate how amazing this technology is in action!” Karen said.

“Visitors will be able to see our entire range of solar panels up close, discover how a grid-connect solar system works, see our award winning Stiebel Eltron Hot Heat Pump in action, explore solar for camping and caravans and learn about renewable energy solutions from the Techies from NQ Solar.

“The NQ Solar display will also cater for the kids, with a range of educational activities and a colouring competition so parents can learn about green solutions, while the kids are kept amused.”

Mrs Lloyd-Collins said that the technology behind solar can be daunting for home and business owners to understand to the full extent.

“We want visitors to our display to feel comfortable to ask questions to our NQ Solar technicians and gain a full understanding of the technology behind our renewable energy products and the benefits they will receive by going green.”

The 2011 Townsville Home Show will be held over three days, beginning this Friday 11^th to Sunday 13^th March 2011 at the Townsville Showgrounds. The NQ Solar exhibit will be located outside at site 59.
